Returns:
We are happy to refund (excluding postage) if an item is unsuitable when notified within 7 days of receipt of the item. The returning item must be dispatched within 3 days of informing us that a refund is required.
- Item must be in original condition, unworn, free of wrinkles and smoke and perfume or pet fur and dander. Damaged or condition other than the above will be rejected. We quality check our items before shipping them, therefore, any damage will be your responsibility unless if there's a defect. In this case, we will need prove of pictures.
it is important that a copy of your online purchase receipt is enclosed with the item.
Exchanges:
If the alternative size is available in our stock, we will be happy to exchange the item for you. The first exchange is always Free. If you need to do several exchanges, you will be charged a small amount for the shipping cost.
